My name is Morgan Markovic, and Pilates is my absolute passion!
I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade, and hold multiple certifications.
The most applicable certifications that I currently hold are my Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT), Comprehensive (500 hour) Pilates Instructor Certification, a Classical Mat Certification, and my Personal Trainer certification.
Each year, outside of my Continuing Education Credits, I take multiple seminars, webinars, college courses, and/or workshops pertaining to Osteopathic Medicine and/or Rehabilitative Pilates and Exercise.
I am NOT a physician or a physical therapist, and I will ALWAYS recommend getting clearance post-injury from one or both of these prior to starting your Pilates journey.
I specialize in injuries to the spine or conditions of the spine, but I love seeing people of all fitness levels, shapes, sizes, and injuries.

Just to name a few. I don't take ANY injury or condition lightly- I know how frustrating discomfort or pain can be.
I love helping others, it is a fulfillment that I genuinely live for, and something that I will commit the rest of my life to doing.
It's no secret that there are more options out there besides me or besides private sessions. They can be pricey, too!
So why take private sessions?
I am a HUGE fan of group fitness. It has been a part of my life since I began my career in fitness.
However, I began to hear that members did not feel like they were seeing or feeling the results they wanted, or that they did not feel like they could properly execute all of the exercises for the group with their injuries or levels of strength.
Private sessions change all of that. We work one on one toward your goals in a way that your body responds best, and make changes as needed along the way.
I am forever a lover of Pilates, but I believe that each individual needs different things. Sometimes that can include weight training, TRX training, or even heavy resistance training. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all when it comes to exercise!
Private sessions can act as a great supplement to any regular exercise or sport routine, or they can be your main source of exercise in addition to mild cardio (such as walking).
Another benefit is being able to work around your schedule, and you have the option to never leave your house!
Private sessions are absolutely a safe and effective way to reach your goals- and we have SO MUCH fun doing it!
